This small group training program is for children ages 10–15 years old (maximum of 6 participants) and is designed to teach boxing fundamentals in a safe, encouraging, and fun envirnoment. In this program they will learn skills such as proper technique, how to use/hit a heavy bag, footwork etc. This program is great cross training for youth athletes as it teaches hand eye coordination, foot work, improves endurance and strength, and is fun!
