Relax & Rejuvenate Yoga

Ease into the start of your week with this class intended to help you relax your physical, mental, and spiritual beings. Minimal asanas are practiced in this class, but each will be held for a longer period of time for deeper muscle stretching. We will be using breath to rejuvenate ourselves from the inside out.

Skanda Warrior Power Yoga

Skanda, the God of War & Victory, is incredibly strong, and often seen wielding a spear, bow, discus, or javelin as his signature weapon. In this class, we will be channeling the energy of Skanda through a powerful flow that will be ideal for athletes; strengthening and lengthening muscles while improving flexibility and balance. You do not need to be an athlete to participate.

The Power of Shakti

Shakti meaning "power" or "empowerment", represents the dynamic forces that are thought to move through the entire universe. In Hinduism it is believed that the goddess Shakti is both responsible for creation and the agent of all change. This flowing yoga class will primarily focus on sun salutations, as well as using fluid movements with breath to awaken your inner energy and power.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time. It is the perfect compliment to your routine workout. The poses in this class will all be held for anywhere from two to six minutes. Yin poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
