How do I get started?

Contact any one of our trainers or coaches through their profiles to schedule your free consultation/assessment. Once you’ve completed your consult, you will be able to schedule your training or coaching right away!

What kind of training do you offer?

Customized fitness (strength/weight-loss) & sport-specific training for individuals (1-on-1), small groups (2-6), and full sports teams.

What kind of coaching do you offer?

Customized athletic technique-focused coaching and nutrition coaching- both 1-on-1/couples and small groups (3–6).

What is included in my Nutrition Coaching?

A completely customized and tailor-made nutrition program will be created for you, along with 24/7 online access to your coach and a 1/2-hour 1-on-1 in-person session every 4 weeks of coaching. The Blue Gator Membership (full open gym access) is also included in your nutrition coaching.

How much does training/coaching cost?

Prices vary, depending on the length and how many you get. This can be further discussed with a trainer at your free consultation/assessment.

 

Are there any contracts?

No.

 

Is the open gym included with my training/coaching?

Yes! If you purchase a recurring series of at training (4 weeks at a time), you may use the gym for as long as you train. We strongly encourage working out in the open gym on your own and utilizing everything you learn with your trainer to achieve maximum results. 

 

What can I expect from my free consultation/assessment?

This will give you the opportunity to meet your trainer or coach, discuss your goals, specifically, and receive a taste of the training to come. It'll also give your trainer the opportunity to assess your fitness and/or athletic level, and your body composition. From there, he/she can develop a customized training program, tailored just for you.

 

How customized is my training?

Completely tailor-made for your specific goals, no matter what they are.

 

Will my progress be tracked and assessed?

Your progress will constantly be tracked and assessed by your trainer regularly through their own unique programming.

 

What's the deal with group training?

You can join an existing group or create one with your friends and family! Being that there are up to 6 people in a group, our small group training costs are significantly less than one-on-one training. However, you will always retain the intimacy and attention you'd receive in a one-on-one session, while adding the comradery, competition and community of a group of driven individuals. 

 

Will my trainer/coach properly educate me so that I can successfully perform each exercise on my own?

Yes, that is one of our main objectives.

 

Does each trainer/coach specialize in injury prevention?

Yes, injury prevention is a huge priority of ours.

 

Will my trainer/coach provide me with nutritional guidance?

Yes. fitness & nutrition go hand-in-hand. We also provide specific and customized nutrition coaching.

 

Will I be able to get a hold of my trainer if I have any questions?

Always.

 

What if I need to reschedule a session?

You must give your trainer or coach a 24-hour notice, and your session must be rescheduled within the same week, otherwise you will lose that session. Any session cancelled under 24 hours will result as an absence, unless it is due to an emergency-related circumstance.

 

Is there anything specific I need to know about paying for my sessions?

Your training or coaching will automatically be renewed on the last session of the series you most recently purchased, unless you notify us otherwise beforehand. All sessions must be paid for in advance before they can be scheduled.

 

If I ever needed to cancel or suspend my training entirely, how would I go about doing so?

Please notify your trainer or coach through email with a written request and valid reason at least 2 weeks prior to the next series of sessions. Any notice given later than 2 weeks will not process and your next series of training/coaching will be charged with no option for a refund.
