Is there anything specific I need to know about paying for my sessions?
Your training or coaching will automatically be renewed on the last session of the series you most recently purchased, unless you notify us otherwise beforehand. All sessions must be paid for in advance before they can be scheduled.
If I ever needed to cancel or suspend my training entirely, how would I go about doing so?
To avoid being charged for an extra series of sessions, all you'll need to do is send us a written request through the proper form linked at the footer of our website at least 2 weeks prior to the last session of your current series of sessions. Any request made less than 2 weeks in advance of your last session will result in payment for the following series of sessions to go through, regardless of your attendance. Late notices will not be refunded. More details about our policy can be found on the pages containing the forms.
