Start your morning off right. This workout uses your own bodyweight as resistance with the suspension straps.  Leverage gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises.  You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to increase or decrease resistance.  This total body workout will develop balance and core strength as well as increase endurance and stamina as you learn the nuances of working with this functional training tool.  All levels welcome, we can modify where needed.  Please bring a water bottle.
