Rise and shine, ladies! This early morning small group training series is designed with your individual body in mind. Don't say, "Whoa, way too early." just yet! Morning workouts are the best way to, as I say it, "Get strong before dawn!" No excuse or reason to miss out on getting fit if you get it in with me before the day begins! You will not only be burning calories and fueling your body with proper nutrition, but you will also be part of a small group of ladies on the same vibe- the let's get fit and commit vibe! Together you will all accomplish your goals by supporting, encouraging, motivating, laughing and of course sweating together; hello swelfies!
