Dumbbells, battle ropes, suspension trainers and more! Level Up is a group training class designed to improve your strength and endurance. This creative program will take you through circuits and intervals of various strength and body weight exercises that will switch from class to class to keep you motivated, focused, and improving on your personal goals. Whether your goals are strength, fat loss, or endurance, this class is perfect for all levels and can be modified to fit your individual needs.

Total Power is more than just an amazing total body workout- it's a class that focuses on learning, improving, and refining your technique when it comes to all aspects of power; whether it's strength, speed, agility, plyometrics, or medballs. This class is a great workout for everyone from beginners to veterans and even advanced lifters. Power is the ultimate expression of our strength, and the only way to fully express that is with a good foundation of technique.

HIIT: Sweat-isfying

Torch fat while having a serious blast! Through sweating and smiling, you'll build serious cardiovascular endurance, strength, and stamina! Each workout is completely new and different! Each workout uses either a circuit, combo or complex, that is performed using body weight, bands, balls, battle ropes, jump ropes, barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells. By the end of this class you will be "sweat-isfyied!"

Take your physique to its peak with HIET (High Intensity Explosive Training)! Work every muscle in your body through performing three sets of 10-15 repetitions per exercise using moderate weight and explosive reps! Each class challenges each muscle group in a different arrangement, angle, tempo, weight and movement so your body and brain never gets bored!
