Whether your goals are strength, fat loss, or endurance, this class is perfect for all levels and can be modified to fit your individual needs.

Forged By Thor

Gain the strength and power of the mighty Thor! This class is based around Thor's Asgardian deck of cards where the exercises are dictated by the cards drawn, and the reps by the suit. Even the simplest of exercises will challenge you, especially with Thor's 4-6 minutes of "fun" finisher! Now when someone asks how you gained so much strength, you can tell them your muscles were forged by Thor.

Beast Strong

Channel the strength of your inner beast in Beast Strong! This bootcamp-style class for all levels is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. The workout is designed to challenge you in an ultimate circuit workout. You can expect a variety of exercises using calisthenics, free weights, jump ropes, plyometric drills, and more. This class is deal for meeting high fitness, weight loss, athletic, and rehabilitation goals. Don't just be strong, Beast Strong!

Sweat the Strong Stuff

Ready to sweat? Pairing the Onnit Suspension Rings with various pieces of equipment, we will create one intense full-body workout! Suspension Training, combined with calisthenics and plyometrics, allows participants to work against their own bodyweight to improve strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability. Nothing like old school bodyweight exercises to get those muscles working and that heavy sweat on!

We combine suspension training with power moves to get you sweating, burning calories, increasing muscular endurance and having fun! This mix of gravity resistance and movement provides the ultimate workout to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability. Get ready for an explosion of unleashed strength!

This workout uses your own bodyweight as resistance with the Onnit suspension Rings. Leverage gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to increase or decrease resistance. This total body workout will develop balance and core strength, as well as increase endurance and stamina, as you learn the nuances of working with this functional training tool.
