My yoga practice started in 2008 as a way to heal my body from competitive sports. My practice became consistent two years ago after the passing of my parents. I turned to yoga as a way to connect with a positive community and heal and strengthen from the inside out. Through yoga, I found emotional balance, mental strength, and positivity off the mat. I completed my 200-hr Hatha Yoga Certification in 2017 with Gyspea Yoga School in Costa Rica. I hope to become a source of strength and positivity for others. When not on my mat, I am educating, dancing, and traveling.
