kettlebell: level II
Kettlebell: Level II is group training program for intermediate to advanced kettlebell athletes. This class will move at faster pace with more complex exercises. We suggest starting with kettlebell level 1 before attending this program to familiarize your body and mind with the exercises to come in level 2.
