Looking to begin or perfect your kettlebell training? Then this is the group program for you! Kettlebell training can drastically improve your total body strength, core power, control/stability, and cardiovascular endurance. This semi-private group is designed to introduce you to kettlebell technique and to allow the intermediate/advanced kettlebell athlete to perfect their form. We will focus on teaching and perfecting your kettlebell techniques in areas such as windmills, swings, turkish get-ups and more. Each session will focus on learning a new skill, then applying it to a kettlebell flow at the end of each session for an incredible workout! No matter what your fitness goals are, kettlebell training always delivers.
