This group will be focusing solely on plyometrics, power movements, change of direction and sprint mechanics. All of which are the pieces that makeup speed and change of direction. Be prepared for lots of sprints as we will have 60 minutess to really dive into proper shin angles and stride lengths that will give us the extra step over someone else. This group will be beneficial to any athlete, weekend warrior, or pick-up game master!
