This small group training program is dedicated to teaching girls how to box in a fun, safe, and positive environment. This group will focus on learning boxing, building confidence, and getting stronger while working among a group of your peers. Not only is boxing a great workout, it teaches and improves hand-eye coordination, builds confidence, strength and endurance, and above all else shows that exercise can be fun! We will learn how to punch a heavy bag, footwork, use additional exercise modalities such as medicine balls, agility ladders, battle ropes, etc.. Time to show the world what us girls are made of!
