Join the Forged by Thor Teen Athlete training group and become the athlete you’ve always aspired to be. This group workout program is designed for developing the teen athlete as a whole, rather than limiting them to one aspect. In this co-ed, multi-sport group, we will be working on everything that will improve all around athleticism through jumping, sprinting, and strength training; all of which help transfer to better sport performance, regardless of their sport. The group is best suited for the athlete that has just finished their season or is gearing up for the pre-season.

Tuesdays | 4–5pm
$160 / 4 one-hour sessions / 4 weeks
Must be between the ages of 13 & 18
