This group workout program is designed for developing the athlete as a whole, rather than limiting them to one aspect. In this co-ed, multi-sport group, we will be working on everything that will improve all around athleticism through jumping, sprinting, and strength training; all of which help transfer to better sport performance, regardless of their sport. The group is best suited for the athlete that has just finished their season or is gearing up for the pre-season.
