Looking to learn more about Kettlebell training? This is the group program for you! Kettlebell: Level I is designed to introduce the beginner to kettlebells or to allow the intermediate kettlebell athlete to focus on their form. The title says it all. This is a technique-focused class where each week we will be going over one type of lift, teaching you proper form and fundamentals. This is a great class for the beginner lifter wanting to learn, or the veteran looking to improve.

This unique fusion of mixed intervals on and off the bike is designed to shred calories, increase cardiovascular endurance and build lower and upper body strength. Steep hill climbs and descents on the bike alternate with upper body/core strengthening exercises on the floor, providing a full-body workout unlike any other. pilates: realign

Pilates exercise was originally developed to improve posture, realign the spine, implement proper breathing techniques, and of course, strengthen the entire core. The core is our foundation and stabilizer for our spine and therefore all other limbs within our kinetic chain. In this class we focus on corrective exercises to improve form and posture utilizing very traditional Pilates movements and sequencing. But make no mistake, this is a total body workout. We recommend everyone take this foundational class to establish good posture while performing exercise, as well as activities of daily life. It serves as an excellent prelude to the more advanced class. After participating there should be a greater sense of mind body connection, feeling stronger, and realigned!

pilates: redefined

In this Pilates class we're blending traditional Pilates exercises with modern exercises to increase the challenge and burn factor. We're redefining the original notion of what Pilates exercise entails. It can take anyone to the next fitness level, regardless of age, gender, or current level. The focus is high reps, long holds, unique isolated movements to really shock the body into transformation. This class is intermediate to advanced, but don't worry, there are modifications for almost every movement. Tighten, tone, re define your core, as we strengthen the entire body with this fresh, modern approach to Pilates!

Start your morning off right.  This workout uses your own bodyweight as resistance with the suspension straps.  Leverage gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises.  You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to increase or decrease resistance.  This total body workout will develop balance and core strength as well as increase endurance and stamina as you learn the nuances of working with this functional training tool.  All levels welcome, we can modify where needed.  Please bring a water bottle.

fundamental yoga

Alignment, internal awareness, conscious breath, and slow flow. Be as strong as you want or as gentle as you want. Modifications taught and encouraged, and props used to support your practice. Classes end in restorative poses on the floor to calm and ground the body, mind, and spirit.
