1. You're Not Setting Realistic Goals

Taking on more than you can handle and taking on too much at once is the biggest reason for failure.

Solution: Be smart and set attainable goals and weekly changes. And if you are unsure on how to do this, I will set you up with a step by step weekly plan for both your Nutrition and your workouts.


2. You Want Instant Gratification

We're in this world of instant gratification, where everyone wants something overnight. Don't expect to lose weight faster than you put it on

Solution: Truly learn that patience is a vurtue and part of the process. Slow and steady wins the race


3. You're Not Being Honest With Yourself

Realistically, if you haven't been to the gym in months or years, you're not going to work out every day- and that's ok! Everyone is at a different point in their journey, so you need to choose the steps, plan, and tools that are specific to what you can reasonably accomplish. Don't follow a cookie-cutter plan just because someone you know had success on it.

Solution: BE HONEST. If you cannot be honest with yourself, then be honest with me, your future trainer. Accountability, reliability, motivation and encouragement are just a few of the essentials I will provide you daily to get and keep you going.


4. You're Making Excuses

The biggest thing is excuses. I hate excuses. Everyone has an excuse. I don't want to hear "Oh I'm so busy." Everybody's got time to binge watch TV and Netflix, and update social media statuses, but no one's got time to work out.. I call bull!

Solution: Get rid of the excuses and set yourself up for success. Invest in YOURSELF. YOU are the best investment because without you, you cannot be there 100% for your family, your friends, your career and ultimately your life.
