Through my many years of training and having played sports most of my life, i have found different methods, techniques and types of workouts that work for me. after a large amount of trial and error, I have found my balance with a bodybuilding type of program and a combination of strength training, volume training and body-weight exercise. I am now better able to create programs using handpicked exercises intended for my clients' specific goals and needs. i believe in a holistic approach to training; this means more than just lifting, more than just cardio, and more than just keeping a healthy diet- it means doing all of it. if you're willing to do the work, so am I.
