I started lifting weights when I was 13 years old. At the time, all I wanted was to change who I was physically and mentally; I was extremely shy and insecure. Through weightlifting I found myself and my confidence. The confidence that has led to every positive thing in my life, the confidence to start my own business with no business background and the confidence to reach out and help others live better lives through fitness and nutrition. I’ve been a full-time trainer 2012 and the biggest aspect of fitness I’ve found that clients need the MOST help with is how and what to eat. My goal is to help you learn how to eat the right amounts and create a sustainable, livable nutrition plan to give you long term and consistent results.
